Collaborated with NSE stakeholders, analysts, and sustainability officers to define goals. Conducted competitive analysis, created 4 different user personas and identified user pain points across investor types.
Information Architecture
Mapped out complex ESG datasets across 3 pillars: Environmental, Social, and Governance. Designed navigation and content hierarchy to support fast filtering and deep dives.
Wireframing & Prototyping
Developed interactive Figma prototypes with modular components for dashboards, company profiles, score breakdowns, and comparison flows.
Usability Testing
Conducted internal stakeholder reviews and iterative validations to fine-tune navigation, scorecards, and filter behaviour.

What I Learned

What I Learned
Designing for NSE’s ESG platform taught me what it truly means to simplify complexity. This wasn’t just about clean UI, it was about clarity, accountability, and building trust through design.
I learned how to:
Translate abstract sustainability metrics into meaningful visual language
Design for multiple mental models — from first-time investors to data analysts
Use affordances and interaction feedback to reduce friction and encourage exploration
Most importantly, this project helped me grow from just "solving screens" to shaping systems of understanding something that continues to influence how I approach UX in high-impact domains.
